1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

2. Member Eligibility

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and while using the platform.
• Acting as an individual on your own behalf and not representing any third party.
• Not appearing on any prohibition or sanctions list issued by any relevant authority.
• Not holding any other active account under the same name or identity on the 100cuci 88 platform.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period (self-exclusion) applied previously.

3. Registration and Account Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Holding multiple accounts under a single individual is a violation of our terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of remaining funds and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name as per your identification card, phone number, and bank account details. All this information is required for identity verification (KYC) purposes and withdrawal processing.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed through the standard procedure and any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the member.

100cuci 88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
